We gets lots of lovely (and not quite so lovely) questions and comments, but many are very similar so we decided to make a FAQ.

Don’t be afraid to send something in unanonymously! It makes simple questions easier to reply to, and it guarantees we’ll answer. We ignore a lot of anons, and it always feels bad to ignore anonymous compliments but we can’t be clogging our followers news feeds with that.

FAQ:

I’d say half of our questions look something like this. We’ve posted a lot about them though. If you check out that link most questions are answered. Also, we know that Westies don’t have them, sorry Westies! You can’t share that bit of awesome I guess.

You’re misrepresenting Canada. Most of your problems are Eastern; very few deal with the West or the Maritimes.

Being from Ontario, we write what we know. But we love submissions! If you feel you aren’t represented, SUBMIT! :D

I sent an idea a couple of days ago, when will it be up?

Sorry to say, but i have no idea. There are always a lot of submission to wade through and we don’t use every submission. On top of that, we can be quite lazy at times.

If we use your idea we will credit you, but there’s no guarantee as to when/if it will be posted. (Pro tip: You have a much larger chance of getting posted if your idea doesn’t include milk bags/videos not available in your country/spellchecking/autocorrect or anything about americans thinking we live in igloos)
